Orange Mango Shake

Ingredients: 
2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup orange
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth. Enjoy it!

Nutritional Analysis (with nonfat milk):
Calories: 320
Protein: 30 grams
Fat: 0.5 gram
Carbohydrates: 47 grams

Apple Pie Shake

Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1 cup apple slices
A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Nutritional Analysis (with nonfat milk):
Calories: 300
Protein: 30 grams
Fat: 1 gram
Carbohydrates: 46 grams

Well, I decided to post some of our readers suggestions for a perfect milkshake moment. This week, send  your ideas to helenavenda@gmail.com and the best 2 will be posted here in the following week. You can add a photo of your milkshake and send it over.

Recipe for today’s milkshake:

  • 2 spoons chocolate Herbalife Formula 1 milkshake
  • 2 spoons of personalized herbalife protein
  • 250 ml of skim milk
  • 3 fresh strawberries

Add ice for better taste. Enjoy your meal and have a great day!

HERBALIFE Banana Split Shake

Here we go:

  • 2 spoons Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 130 g nonfat yogurt
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g  peach
  • 1/2 banana

Blend it until smooth.

Serve chilled. Add ice for better taste.

Source of Vitamin C, B6, B1, B2, Iron, Calcium and Zinc.
Total Calories 310 – Protein 16g – Carbohydrate 62g – Fat 1g – Cholesterol 2mg – Dietary Fiber 6g – %Calories from Fat 3%

Sweet potatoes and tuna pancakes

  • 1 sweet potatoe
  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 1 onion 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh coriander (optional)
  • olive oil (optional)

1. Peel the sweet potato, cut in medium size cubes and boil until it’s soft.
2. Smash boiled potatos into a purée, add drained tuna, finely chopped onion and grated lemon peel.
3. Spice with salt and pepoer according to preference. Optionally you can add some fresh herbs, coriander will suit perfectly.
4. Wet your hands in cold water (prevents from sticking) and form medium size pancakes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 200° C. With a cooking brush spread some olive oil over both sides of the pancake (optional, will give a strong olive oil taste). Arrange the pancakes on a baking paper and cook for 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking, flip all pancakes.


This recipe is based on a recipe from a polish cookbook “A to tylko… 100 kalorii”.

Herbalife Shake Recipes

Today’s delightful recipe for your lunch. Easy and tasty, you will just need few minutes to prepare this Hawaiian milkshake.

Blend together all the ingredients until creamy consistency. Serve chilled with fresh pineapple and mint.

ENJOY!!!

  • 1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes

Excellent source of Vitamin C, B1, B2, B1, Iron and Calcium.
Good source of Vitamin A and B6.
