Prince Polo Shake

Last week, we celebrate the child’s day (1st of June) in Iceland. We got a big package from Poland with lots of presents and candies.

The biggest minority living in Iceland are Polish so, you can imagine that their products are everywhere. But these Prince Polos were sent from Poland to us and we decide to create a Prince Polo shake and enjoy Poland in Iceland.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Cookies and Cream Formula 1
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 250ml of Soya milk/ non-fat milk
  • Pieces of Prince Polo biscuit

Tip: just add the pieces of biscuit after all the other ingredients mixed.

Oreo Shake

Bring your childhood memories alive with this shake.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Cookies and Cream Formula 1
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 250ml of Soya milk/ non-fat milk
  • 2 spoons of Stracciatella yogurt
  • 1/2 Oreo cookie

Add ice, if you wish.

Chocolate Shake with Orange

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Chocolate Formula 1
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 250ml of Soya chocolate milk/ non-fat milk
  • 2 spoons Stracciatella yogurt
  • Orange peel
  • Ice

Mix all together and enjoy!

Tropical Beach Shake

tropical shakeSummer is there and we can´t wait for spending our days sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. Enjoy this marvelous cocktail at the beach.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Herbalife Chocolate Formula 1
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 1 cherry

Mix all the ingredients. Add ice for refreshing taste and add a cherry on top. Enjoy!

Blueberry Cranberry Shake

A health sensation, packed with the goodness of blueberries and cranberries.

Ingredients: 

2 scoops Vanilla Formula 1
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder
1/3 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
1/2 cup blueberries
A few drops orange extract
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Nutritional Analysis (with nonfat milk):
Calories: 340
Protein: 30 grams
Fat: 1 gram
Carbohydrates: 44 grams

Orange Mango Shake

1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup orange
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until smooth. Enjoy it!

Recipe for today’s milkshake:

  • 2 spoons chocolate Herbalife Formula 1 milkshake

Today’s delightful recipe for your lunch. Easy and tasty, you will just need few minutes to prepare this Hawaiian milkshake.

Blend together all the ingredients until creamy consistency. Serve chilled with fresh pineapple and mint.

  • 1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3 ice cubes

Excellent source of Vitamin C, B1, B2, B1, Iron and Calcium.
